ONERO™ Assessment & Onboarding Session

This one-time onboarding session is required before participating in ONERO™ classes.

Your ONERO™ assessment is designed to ensure safe, individualized participation and a confident start in the program. During this visit, we will review your health history and bone density information, complete a balance and movement assessment, and introduce key exercises and concepts used in ONERO™ training.

What to bring / wear:

• Comfortable clothing

• Supportive shoes

• Your DEXA scan report (if available — digital or printed)

We will guide you through everything and make modifications as needed — no prior strength training experience is required.

Fee: $150 (one-time). Includes onboarding and assessment session, plus one complimentary ONERO™ class to use at any time.

We are located at: 3S230 Warren Ave. Lower Level/Unit B1. Warrenville, IL 60555

Ark Wellness is located in the same building as the hair salon at the corner of Warren Ave and Manning Ave. However, our studio is located in the lower level at the back of the building and has a separate entrance.

Do not enter through the hair salon or Park District building.

If you find yourself at either location, continue around the building to the RIGHT of the hair salon (down Manning Ave). You will find our entrance at the back of the building, directly in front of the handicapped parking space. Look for the door marked "B1", located just to the left of the white garage door.

Tip: If you are standing in front of the hair salon, you are on the wrong side of the building. Please continue around to the back and look for the B1 entrance.

Important!

If you choose to continue into ONERO classes after your assessment, please note our 4-hour cancellation policy:

• Reservations may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before class start time without penalty.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 4 hours before class start time will be counted as an attended class.
