NEW PARTICIPANT: ONERO™
ONERO Foundations is designed to help new ONERO participants become comfortable with the structure and flow of ONERO classes, as well as the technique of the lifts, prior to joining regular sessions. A physical therapist will give you added one-on-one instruction throughout the ONERO class.
