ONERO™ Assessment & Onboarding Session

This one-time 75-minute Assessment & Onboarding Session is required before participating in ONERO™ classes.

Your session is designed to ensure safe, individualized participation and help you feel confident getting started with ONERO™.

During your one-on-one session, we will:

• Complete movement and balance testing
• Review your DEXA scan, medical history, medications, and any history of fractures or falls
• Introduce ONERO™ movements with guided practice
• Discuss any individual considerations or modifications for participation

No prior strength training experience is required. We will guide you through everything and make modifications as needed.

Please bring your most recent DEXA scan report if available. The radiologist's written report is perfect—no images are needed.

Session Length: 75 minutes
Fee: $175

What Happens Next

After your assessment, we will help you register for an ONERO Foundations slot. This allows us to provide additional instruction and guidance during your first few classes as you become familiar with the program.

We are located in the lower level of the building at the corner of Warren Ave and Manning Ave. Please enter through the BACK of the building using the door marked “B1” (to the left of the white garage door).

Our space is not accessible through the hair salon or Park District building, so please be sure to walk around to the back of the building.

There is plenty of free parking available.
